EnterpriseMouchel (formerly AccordMP) is an integrated highways services company that is equally owned by two of the leading highways service providers: Enterprise and Mouchel.

We offer a comprehensive, unique and innovative range of contracting, asset management and consultancy skills. Clients such as the Highways Agency and Local Authorities increasingly require a single service provider that can deliver their highways and road information services more cost-effectively. EnterpriseMouchel is that provider.

Our clients are already benefiting from our integrated approach. We’re the Managing Agent Contractor for Highways Agency Area 1 covering strategic highways in Devon and Cornwall, and in Area 3 covering the strategic highways in Hampshire, Berkshire, and parts of Surrey, Oxfordshire, Buckinghamshire Wiltshire and Dorset.

We have entered into a long-term partnership with Harrow Council to improve its roads, pavements and other parts of its public infrastructure.

We also carry out road maintenance and improvement for Transport for London (TfL) in South London.

Our most recent contract is with the London Borough of Hillingdon, providing road surfacing, civil engineering and street lighting works for the next five years.
